Obtained DVD player via carrier. Arrived with damaged box but looked fine. Turned out to be faulty. Tech support were absolutely great ! Tried several things with me but the unit had to be sent back. Quick collection by carrier, and hopefully a quick payment of refund as I have already bought another one the same from Argos – collected by me, no carrier involved. Brilliant bit of kit !
