I picked up the Oakcastle SB40 soundbar to use with my projector, since the projector’s audio isn’t great. I’m honestly impressed with how it sounds. The audio is clear, the bass is good and it gets plenty loud. Switching between EQ modes is simple, and having both HDMI and optical inputs at this price is really nice to see.
A couple of small issues though. The infrared remote doesn’t always register properly, and when I used Bluetooth, I felt like some dialogue in movies was getting lost. That could be my media player app, but I’m not fully sure.
Overall, it’s a solid soundbar for the price and does the job really well.
