Perfect simple solid attractive MP3/FLAC player. Sturdy feel, positive click response from buttons. And the sound is great, wired and bluetooth. Exactly what I was looking for. I was so impressed, I ordered a second one a few days after the first one, to gift to my son. Up front this is a 5-star rating. I am hoping tech support is just as professional, as I have a small issue on loading music directly to the MP300, while it works perfectly fine if you load a MicroSD card with music first before inserting into the device. Very highly recommended even after just a few days use.

I have used a few mp3 players, and while Sony walk mans are great, sorting and deleting playlists was a challenge, you need to have music player app to sync your mp3 files. With Oakcastle its super easy which i love. No need to sync. Just make sure your folders on your laptop are created this way with numbers. 01 music, 02 audio books, 03 film soundtracks ect. get to 10 and make it 010 and title. then normal numbers 11, 12. all your playlists will go in order 🙂 add or delete tracks or folders, put your mp3 player with use cable (supplied) simply delete folder or music files or add. you just t drag them in. when you charge your oak castle, and want to add or delete files just click on transfer. The sound is brilliant, can go very loud. Its better than any other mp3 players i have tried. and its a English company which makes me proud.

Es fácil de usar, se transfieren bien los archivos, se escucha bien, etc., que son las cosas más importantes. No le pongo la máxima nota porque es algo grande y quizá poco ergonómico.
