Unfortunately my first purchase of this machine developed a fault on the CD and would not recognise a disc. So contacted the Tech help who quickly responded and were very helpful. However there was definitely a problem with the machine and therefore I had to return it to Amazon. I liked the sound on the machine and the ease of set up so therefore took the gamble and purchased another one. The only thing I don’t like is the fragile Compact Disc Drive so I am mega careful with that. Fingers crossed this will not fail again within a couple of weeks!
