The item was delivered promptly on my specified date and when unpacked the contents were complete and in good, undamaged condition. It is of attractive appearance and exudes quality manufacture. Present in the box was a printed Users Guide which is one of my priority conditions of all electronic goods that I now purchase (I cannot always manage to review on line instructions but as a bonus an on line copy is readily available). Unfortunately I cannot comment on its’ performance as the item is a Christmas present and I do not want to unpack all of the items/read the instructions on setting up on what will eventually become some one else’s property. The physical external impression is good and provides full re-assurance that it will operate superbly.
