I needed a bluetooth system for a little pied a terre as my BOSE bluetooth speaker, although nice quality, wasn’t giving the soundstage I was after and used to with the audio set up I have at home (Q Acoustics, bluetooth D type amp, Polk sub). I didn’t want to drop money as I’m only in the apartment a couple of nights a week so after some research I found the Oakcastle SB80 Xtra. Sceptical at first, but wow, what an amazing bit of kit for the money. Deep rich bass with quite a thump, flexible tone options (I like a richer, fuller sound), nice layering, not muddy, and crispy mids. All for £60. A wonderful thing. I only use it for music, but i imagine as a soundbar films will sound as terrific as my music does. Well done all involved, a gem, and what an absolute steal.
